THE PROGRAM
A new flag football team for girls ages 6-16, competing in the AYF Atlantic All-Girls Flag Conference. Real coaching, real competition, real sisterhood.
COACHING STAFF
Every team is led by 3 coaches with at least one female coach on staff, plus a dedicated team parent making sure every family is dialed in.
PRACTICE
3 practice days per week (subject to head coach schedule). Held at the ASG Elite home field.
HOME FIELD
ASG Elite Facility · 3033 Cheesequake Road · Old Bridge / Parlin, NJ 08859. Two full fields, clubhouse, and everything a team needs to grow.
TEAM COMMUNICATION
Main team communication runs through TeamReach. Every family gets added once their player is rostered - schedules, updates, and reminders in one place.
